This was my first encounter with Neil but he was very responsive, updated timely and friendly

We have dealt with agents before resulting in a number of variable experiences. Neil came highly recommended from someone we know to be very knowledgeable in real estate. Put simply, he didn't disappoint. Neil is a easy and upfront person to deal with, relaxed in his manner, but not in his effort or output. He knew the market in our area, told us what was selling and what was not, and on both counts informed us why. Nothing Neil said contradicted our own research (we had done beforehand). Home went on the market and was sold in reasonable time. We are very happy.

Neil was fantastic and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He made the process so easy and less stressful, especially for me as a first home buyer and new to this experience. He only offered private inspections, which took away all the stress and intimidation of busy open homes. When organising the inspection by email he was helpful and prompt to reply, as he was throughout the whole purchase. At the inspection, he was friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed with him our proposed offer, and he was to-the-point and trustworthy in that discussion. He passed our offer onto the vendor very quickly. After it was accepted, Neil helpfully agreed to facilitate two more viewings of the property to show the property to my family members. When we had to delay the purchase for a few weeks, Neil made that so much less stressful than it could have been with another agent. He was honest and completely true to his word. In being the go-between for us and the vendor, he made the delay work perfectly for everyone involved. All in all, throughout the whole process Neil was fantastic and completely dependable.
