Right from the start Nic was very pro-active in maintaining contact, keeping us up-to-date with current market trends, and providing us with valuable information in relation to planning for the sale of our house. When the time came to put the house on the market, we were aiming for an ambitious and short campaign to sell just before Xmas, and living interstate at the time, Nic was absolutely invaluable in helping us get there, from organising gardeners and other tradespeople to put the finishing touches to the house, through to pulling strings with photographers and the online and paper advertising outlets. Nic put in a huge effort throughout the campaign to show the house to as many people as possible (including many after hours showings to single/small groups of potential buyers) which helped to achieve a very high number of visits, and consequently, a very high number of requests for the contract/inspection report. When the day of the auction arrived, Nic had everything perfectly arranged, and we achieved 10 registered bidders. Although the auction itself didn't go to plan, Nic was very pro-active in getting the house relisted and shown to additional people, which resulted in a sale less than one week later, and for the price that we had hoped for right from the start! Overall, a great effort and a great result achieved by Nic. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

My property was on the market for well over a year. Nic took it over from another agent and was driven and persistent, in the face of some issues with the building and body corporate. After one purchaser who pulled out, Nic patiently continued to put effort into the marketing of the property, which paid off in the end.

And so we did. We bought Nic into a market that he didn't usually play in and asked him to sell our house. In a slowing market and with less people coming through than his usual locations, any other agent might have gone through the motions and let things happen. Instead Nic checked with other agents about their experiences and the market he was presenting in. All credit to Nic, we sold and set a new record in Wanniassa of selling a house in a two week campaign.
