When Nic was first engaged as the agent to sell my property, we were both unsure about the response from prospective buyers. The property is an older style “weekender” 90 minutes drive from Canberra, so the level of interest was hard to gauge. Nic was up-front and honest about this, and didn’t create any unrealistic expectations. Nevertheless, he was happy to take on the challenge, drive out to the property and arrange photos and an excellent video (including drone footage!).
