Nic excelled at every step, from his initial market appraisal to his advice on staging and marketing the property, to his masterminding a series of tradespeople to improve the property and its saleabilty, to the advertisements he created (great video - nobody else does it as well as him). Nic’s knowledge of the market is second to none. His negotiation skills in settling a final deal on the sale were first rate. Nic has limited presence in the Jerrabomberra market but he makes his best efforts to compare similar properties and their sales statistics.
