Selling an apartment which was in poor internal condition but had good potential due it's location and outlook was always going to be problematical. A couple of sales agents inspected it, gave their estimates of value and general advice for selling it, however, I thought both were too optimistic and pushy. Nicholas was recommended to me by a friend, so I asked him for an appraisal. He immediately impressed with knowledge of the market, advice on preparation, assistance with organising removal of the old furniture, arranging for cleaning, etc. also, his valuation seemed realistic to me so he was engaged. The advertising and promotion campaign was very well done and later the actual auction was conducted by a contact of Nicholas who was the best I have seen. He cleverly encouraged the final two bidders and the final sales price was higher than I expected and well above the reserve. I highly recommend Nicholas and his team and would use him again without hesitation.
