For me auctioning a property is a little bit worse than going to a blind dentist. But with Nicholas I felt relaxed and assured the whole way through, I found him communicable and very courteous with a confident, friendly enthusiasm. The entire process was pleasant and comfortable. I thought the photos and presentation on the internet was excellent and there was also a video. Nicholas was constantly in touch by email or phone keeping me up to date with all matters. The auction was onsite in a large apartment complex in Surry Hills. There was someone to greet people at the gate of the complex and at the entrance to the apartment building and the entrance to the apartment itself and there were more inside to assist. I was so pleased and reassured with that. A bottle of Moet was given to the first bidder who apparently usually ends up being the buyer as was in my case. The auction result was almost 10% above reserve and I would have been very happy if only the reserve was reached. I cannot recommend Nicholas more highly.
