I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Richards to sell my property, and I was thrilled with the outcome. Not only did Nick achieve a sales price that exceeded my expectations, but his dedication and professionalism truly stood out throughout the process. From our initial meeting, Nick maintained open, regular, and honest communication. His fluency in both English and Chinese was a significant advantage, especially given the area's diverse community. This made a real difference in connecting with potential buyers. Nick clearly explained his sales strategy, with his approach resulting from his experience marketing houses in this area. His customer-focused approach meant that Nick genuinely welcomed my feedback, and I truly felt listened to. I’m beyond happy with the fantastic result Nick achieved and should I be selling/buying again in the Mount Waverley or Glen Waverley area, he will be the agent I call. I cannot recommend Nick and his colleagues more highly.

We had the pleasure of meeting Nicholas, alongside Selena, when we were considering which Agent to use in selling my mother's property. Our final list of 3 were all great, but in the end there was a certain warmth from Nicholas that sealed the deal. I had every confidence that potential buyers would feel this same quality when dealing with Nicholas, and that the Ray White brand would do all that it could to market our property to the broadest base of potential buyers. Our timing of the sale came at a difficult time for the market, however I am certain that Nicholas and Selena could not have done anything more to achieve a better result than the one we got. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nicholas to be your agent. He ticked all the boxes and I am very glad that he was the choice we made.
