20/20 hindsight is a wonderful thing, just wish we'd have gone with Nick in the beginning

My sister and I interviewed 4 local agents before deciding upon Nick Bedford from Belle Property Beecroft. And we’re so glad we did. Nick understood that selling our late parent’s home of 55 years was not only to get the best price for the 4 surviving siblings, but that it was an emotional experience for us to leave our family home with so many happy memories. There was not one moment where we regretted our decision. Nick and his team (especially Laura) went above and beyond what we expected. Times when I was there alone sorting the house pre-sale, Nick offered to help move heavy objects, would bring me coffee to keep me going - and sausage rolls for my dog Beau! They even dog-sat when I needed to go shopping!!!. Nick’s reputation preceded him. Many in the neighbourhood gave their unsolicited opinions of Nick - always in glowing terms. At one early request for an inspection, I commented how I was unhappy the cleaners hadn’t yet come in to do the large expanse of windows. No problem…Laura went and got cleaning equipment and Nick cleaned the windows himself! If we needed a well priced electrician, they would get one for us. When we needed one of the piano’s to be adopted, they put it on their website and it went to a lovely family. Nothing was a problem for them. Nick was always available at any time if we had any questions. His negotiations were always considered and fair. We never felt taken advantage of. Post-auction, his attention did not diminish as he helped us with details beyond an agent’s usual role. Personable, kind, thoughtful - but more importantly a good businessman with great local contacts, Nick was the perfect agent to represent our family home in a dignified manner. And we received the best sale price possible on the day. Thank you Nick and Laura.

I thoroughly recommend Nick as an agent. From the first meeting to get a valuation of my house to the sale, he acted with honesty and integrity. Through the whole process he sort and listened to my interests and instructions and kept me informed.
