I think one of the things we were most impressed by was the communication. We always felt like we knew what was happening - the formal weekly communication during the campaign was comprehensive and professional. But there was also the personal updates from Nick - calls after opens to explain how it had gone, feedback, etc. We felt like he was reading the situation potential buyers, etc etc and shaping our understanding and expectations throughout the campaign so there were no surprises.
