We'd strongly recommend Nick to anyone. There is very little to differentiate estate agents: they all basically advise similar things, they present professionally, recommend a similar length of campaign with a similar sales and marketing strategy, they suggest a strong online presence, have similar commissions, and they've all got lots of examples of local sales. We were often left wondering how we would decide on who to trust with effectively what is our life savings: our home.
