We only saw the property for the first time 2 weeks before the auction. Nick was very easy to communicate with and provided any information sought in a timely manner with apparent empathy for our situation. After the purchase he was very cooperative in providing us access, information about the stylists, and support through the bank valuation process. It is hard to give 5 stars based on limited engagement, but I definitely could not fault any part of his interaction during these few weeks.
