It is quite a daunting experience in deciding to sell your home. From the day Nick Nakris from Barry Plant Wheelers Hill came to visit me and discuss my plans to sell my unit I felt very comfortable with him. He did not pressure my to sign up straight away but let me think about things. Once on the market he always called me in the evenings after the "open for inspection" days to discuss who had been through and their comments. My unit took a couple of months to sell and Nick kept reassuring me that we just needed the right person to come through.
