We first were engaged with Nick when we purchased the property we have now had him sell on our behalf as he did a fantastic job getting us to pay just that little bit more than we wanted too in the first place so we hoped he would be able to use the same negotiation skills on our behalf. Nick did not disappoint and we received a fantastic offer that we accepted without hesitation.
