To be perfectly honest, we didn't have much of an idea what to expect nor what was involved with selling a property, other than the fact that we wanted the best price possible for all the hard work we both put into the place. We were able to achieve our asking price in a slow market. With a subject to offer, two deep, Nick's communication and negotiation skills were put to the test with god results.
