I can highly recommend Nick Mylonos to sell your house. Nick was realistic in his suggested price range of my house and then negotiated the price to the upper end of that range. He went above and beyond my expectations of a real estate agent and made selling a property from overseas - with differences in time zones - easy. Thanks Nick!

Great Agent. Contactable anytime and on top of the realestate game. Impeccable local knowledge.

NICK MYLONAS IS A TRUE GENTLEMAN, HE WILL USE AND GIVE YOU ALL HIS TRADE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO GUIDE YOU THOUGH EACH STEP DURING THE TIME OF SALE. FEEL BLESSED THAT I CAN HAVE HIM AS MY AUCTIONEER.

He was always in touch after each open for inspection, keeping us updated and ultimately selling our property for a suburb record. We would use and recommend Nick and the Barry Plant team in Reservoir without hestitation. Thank you Rick and Sonia

I interviewed 4 agents. I was impressed with Nick. He was very honest with me about what I could get for my house. Nick had vey good knowledge of the area. He kept me informed at all time

Nick is tenacious, persistent and works day and night. He doesn't give up till the sale goes through. He has the gift of the gab. He truly works for you, he tells you the truth; follows legal requirements and also gives good advice. I can honestly recommend Nick Mylonas to sell your property at a good price.
