We had a very positive experience working with Nick (and his team). Nick was very professional in his approach and was open and honest with his views highlighting both opportunities and risks involved at various stages of the sale of the property. He had a good knowledge of the Kingston market. Nick connects even after hours, quick to respond when in need and is approachable. A postive and a pleasant experience.
Nick was proffessional, honest and very responsive. The team always communicated with me in a timely manner, were easy to get hold of and provided weekly status updates on open homes and intersted buyers. Highly recommend Nick and the team.
not an easy sale, took several months to get over the line. Nick remained positive and committed throughout, and kept us in the loop about what was going on at every stage. very happy with his professionalism and great service. would also like to mention the rest of the Purnell team which assisted with the sale. would highly recommend Nick and Purnell to anyone selling or buying in Kingston.
My husband and I recently bought a townhouse with Nick Purnell's help. We endorse the view of many other people we spoke to that Nick is at the top of his profession. The main thing buyers (or sellers) like us are looking for when they spend their hard earned money on a home is TRUST in their agent, plus their patience with numerous questions and pretty constant and quick communication without the "hard sell" mentality that some agents we met had. That's why Nick is tops!
From my first meeting with Nick I was impressed. His knowledge of the market and my complex was very reassuring and he has a very friendly and professional manner. He was always prompt getting back to me whether that was regarding a question I had or following up after an inspection by a prospective buyer. He took a lot of the stress out of the selling process and he achieved a price that I am very happy with.
I have purchased a property through Nick, as well as recently selling a property. Both experiences have been great! Nick has kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and knows the Kingston market to a tee! Can’t thank Nick enough for his help over the years.
Nick was open to hearing our concerns and provided straight forward responses which allowed for an efficient decision making process.
I couldn’t be happier with the result Nick helped to achieve when selling my Kingston property for a market record price. His manner is professional and approachable, and I didn’t doubt his or his team’s ability to get it done. Would recommend and would be mates!
I had a smooth and straightforward time with engaging with Purnell Real Estate for my purchase. From initial inspection to email queries to sale to contract exchange, Nick and the team were responsive to requests for more information and other arrangements, including on weekends. My purchase offer was quickly agreed to by the seller in part due to the team's quick work. Would be happy to deal with Purnell again either as buyer again or seller.
We recently sold an apartment in Canberra via Nick and his firm. He was always obliging and helpful during the sale process. He successfully identified buyers at an early stage so it was not necessary to go to advertising. That positive result appeared to result from deep local knowledge and experience. In the end a small number of people looked at the property so there was relatively little hassle for the existing occupants. The price received was very satisfactory. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received.
I can highly recommend Nick Purnell. His service is professional. He kept me well informed along the journey. No fuss and great advice and support. Nothing was too hard.
Nick was professional, responsive, frank and courteous. I found him honest and straightforward to deal with throughout.
