I had the pleasure of working with Nick and his team to purchase an apartment in Kingston, and I couldn’t be happier. Nick’s highly responsive nature ensured that every question and concern I had was promptly addressed, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only did he exhibit a lovely demeanor throughout our interactions, but his professional attitude and expertise were evident in every step. What truly stood out was his genuine care for the sale, going above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect unit. I highly recommend Nick for anyone in search of a dedicated and exceptional agent.

A seamless experience

Nick and the team at Purnell redefine what it means to provide exceptional real estate service. I sold my property during the mid-2022 downturn and was impressed by Nick's unwavering dedication and personal approach. Nothing was too much trouble, going above and beyond to ensure my property was sold for an above average price despite the market challenges. I highly recommend Nick and the team to anyone looking to sell their property in the Inner South area.

We had such a positive experience selling our property with Nick. He is professional, reliable, and has extensive knowledge of the local market. Nick's communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to achieve a great result. We would highly recommend using Nick as an agent.

Nick had a very sound knowledge of the local market prior to the listing which made for a realistic sale price. Following the listing he was proactive on the marketing and promotion side of things leading to a successful sale. He kept us informed along the way and proactively addressed issues as they arose. Will use Nick again!

Nick has exceptional knowledge of his area. Was understanding of our needs and gave us his expert knowledge on the local market.

Nick was a pleasure to deal with. His reputation is well deserved. He sold our unit fast and for a great price in a competitive market. We highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for honest, professional agent who will successfully sell their estate

I sold my unit through Nick. I really appreciated how updated he kept me through the process, and in addition achieved an excellent sales result. I would certainly use Nick again.

We found Nick highly knowledgeable and committed to getting the best possible price for us, where other agents might have pressed us to compromise on price to get a faster deal. He was always polite but honest with feedback and conscientious in reporting back after exhibiting the property. His niche in the Kingston/Manuka market gave him a specialist edge and meant we always felt we were getting personalised advice based on deep and specific knowledge in a way that might not have been the case with a bigger agency, and access to real potential buyers through his networks, not just anyone walking in off the street for a look. We are very happy to recommend Nick, particularly to anyone selling in the Kingston/Manuka area.

It was good an professional dealing with Nick.

Nick was exceptional throughout the process of selling our unit. He was punctual, calm and read the market really well. His service never stopped. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Nick and the Team @ Purnell are the complete package. From initial engagement, sales experience, knowledge in the market, and through to the end of the process at settlement. They make the process simple and easy, and are with you every step of the way. I wouldn’t use anyone else when buying or selling property within the ACT.
