So buying a home for the first time is unexpectedly painful, stressful and at points you may wonder why the hell you're doing it (oh, that's right, renting sucks). This said, the aspects of the process where I was dealing with Nick were the easiest part of the whole thing. Nick and his team are extremely responsive and reassuring. I dealt with Nick mainly by text and he was answering most of my questions within moments, but if not immediately, certainly within an hour or two. Nick is upfront about potential issues and in my case seemed to be really well connected in terms of getting strata questions answered. While I don't recommend the process of buying a house in general, I do recommend dealing with Nick and his team if you are in the market.
