Nick was a highly professional agent who delivered a great sales outcome for us in a strong market. His marketing strategy was well considered and resulted in a timely positive sales outcome for us. He understands the Canberra market and delivers.
Nick, and the rest of the team at Purnell Citywide, we’re fantastic to work with throughout the sale process. Nick always communicated promptly, clearly and provided realistic expectations. His knowledge of the market and current trends were on point. He went above and beyond to market the property, find the right buyers, and obtain an optimal result. We would highly recommend Nick and the entire team at Purnell Citywide for all real estate services, and look forward to working with them again in the future.
Professional, straight-talking, top-notch communication from Nick at Purnell. No-one knows the Kingston market like Nick does, supported by the fabulous Saphron. Completely hassle-free appraisement, listing and sales process which meant zero-stress at our end. Will solely engage with Nick for future sales and any property purchases. Don't waste your time, energy (and money) on any other agent!
Nick is a great agent. We have used his family run business for years to manage our properties and when it came time to sell, he was knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and got us the price he had suggested would be about right. Would happily recommend him.
We'd like to thank Nick for the excellent manner in our dealings with him. He gave us an honest appraisal and expectation of how to sell and advertise. We appreciated his professionalism, promptness and courtesy in our telephone conversations. Thank you Regards Steffan and Debbie
Nick was very responsive to our needs, listened and advised with sensitivity and knowledge. Right from the beginning of our selling process we were impressed with his friendly professionalism, prompt actioning of anything required to move our sale along and the excellent result he obtained for us in record time. Nick is the most efficient and most pleasant real estate agent we have dealt with and I am positive that selling our property would have been much more stressful, drawn out and we may not have obtained the price we did without his hard work. Also kudos to Saphron Packman who did excellent work alongside Nick. This agency and those agents in particular are most highly recommended by us.
Nick is very knowledgeable and supportive of us during the sale process. He was always available if we had any queries. He advised us on the preparation of the house and negotiated a good sale price.
we provided a description of what type of apartment we wanted and Nick was active in finding exactly what we requested. we were kept informed at all times of the progress Nick was making and were very pleased with the service provided. Peter and Irene Bisa.
The thought of purchasing during COVID made me somewhat nervous but Nick was very professional and accessible making it easy. Much of the process was done remotely and nothing was too much trouble. Nick was a true professional who values customer service. Thanks Nick and the team at Purnell’s.
Nick provided me with honest feedback about price expectations at our initial meeting which were subsequently realised. During the sale process he kept me in the loop about the level of buyer interest and his in depth knowledge of the local market and network of contacts was useful when it came time to exchange contacts. Nick is a local who knows the Canberra market.
Nick proved to be a excellent communicator. Always answered questions and extremely easy to discuss any concerns I had. Very knowledgeable and polite
Nick was excellent in facilitating our successful purchase of our new property. Nick was diligent, fast acting and dialogue was always open. Nick was on the front foot, and ensured that our purchase process was as smooth as possible. A true delight to deal with - always felt as though we could pick up the phone with any question/query we had. Nick is also supported by excellent staff.
