Nick was very helpful in facilitating access to the apartment on a number of occasions at short notice prior to and following exchange of contracts. He provided information and responses to our queries, liaising with the owner. He even came to the apartment and took a photo of the gas meter to prove to the provider that the apartment had gas connected. We were very happy with the level of service we received as buyers.
