In my view, Nick is a professional. I found Nick’s communication excellent, and he was sincerely patient with my queries. I felt I was dealing with a real person, not an operator. It was easy for me to feel confident in Nick’s ability to sell my apartment. (It did actually sell after the first inspection.) The Purnell family seeks to provide “old school service” in the agency. I am a senior, I would congratulate Nick’s parents who have obviously taught him extremely well what this type of personal, efficient service entails. I would add Nick is mature beyond his years.
