Nick is brilliant. He provided a realistic assessment of the property value and kept us informed throughout and achieved a sale price which exceeded our expectations. If you are an investment property owner, this is the company to go with. Purnell's managed this apartment for 14 years for us. We never had a vacant period, tenants were superb, the apartment was managed and maintained to an incredible high standard. Thanks Nick, Theresa and the rest of the team

Nick and his team were a delight to work with: responsive, friendly and professional. We highly recommend them and will make sure to use their service if ever need be.

Nick & team at Purnell were great to deal with during the sale of our property. Their attention to detail, helpful support and communications during the sale process were second to none!!

Nick (and the whole team at Purnell) are amazing. Helpful, informative, friendly, and professional. I have used the team to sell and rent out two properties in Canberra, and everything has been so much easier with their professionalism and help. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Got our apartment sold in first open home at over 30% higher price compared with similar apartments in the same complex most of them sitting there for years - Can’t be any happier

Buying my first home as a single person was a pretty big deal for me! I met Nick at a number of house inspections prior to finding "the one". He was knowledgable about the properties and always professional and approachable. I appreciated his transparency during my purchase, and his patience in explaining real estate processes to a learner like me. Buyers or sellers alike - I would really recommend working with Nick and his lovely team!

We were living interstate when we bought an apartment in ACT. Nick was very helpful in facilitating access to the apartment on a number of occasions at short notice prior to and following exchange of contracts. He provided information and responses to our queries, liaising with the owner. He even came to the apartment and took a photo of the gas meter to prove to the provider that the apartment had gas connected. We were very happy with the level of service we received as buyers.

Thanks for all your help and support through the buying process Nick! A truly fantastic experience.

Nick is engaging and responsive to client needs. We would recommend Nick if you are wanting to sell or buy into Canberra Real Estate. Purnell are also excellent rental agents, they found us an excellent tenant when we rented our apartment before selling. Nick provides feedback after each viewing which gives the seller an opportunity to assess and make changes or leave as they are. In our view, Nick has an excellent grasp of the Canberra market.

Very Professional, great bloke!

We found Nick to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He communicated clearly and provided great feedback and advice. We had no doubt that Nick was always acting in our best interests.

We wished to buy a house in the Kingston area, which is why we chose Nick Purnell. We could not have made a better choice. Nick and his team were were totally welcoming and helpful. Saphron was onto the search straight away and together they were able to find us a place we love in a very short time. They helped us through each step of the process and no query was too much trouble. I highly recommend Nick and his agency.
