I was based interstate at the time of sale, Nick made the process very easy and got me a great result with good communication throughout the process. Before listing it for sale the unit had been tenanted for several years with a different firm, Nick took care off all the liaision with the outgoing tenant and property manager and got a few maintence items sorted to prep the place for sale. The fact Nick was able to achieve a sale price above other recent sales in the same building in such a short time while there was an almost identical unit in the complex also on the market at a lower price shows his skill as an agent.
