Nick recently sold our townhouse in Yarralumla and we were very happy with the price and speediness of the sale. Nick was great to work with - always professional, enthusiastic, supportive and full of good advice. He organised the few repairs and fixes around the property prior to the sale and was happy to work with our chosen stylists. He conducted numerous viewings and kept us up to date with every step and potential buyers. Nick made the whole process stress-free. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell a property in Canberra.

I have found Nick to be very helpful and professional in my dealings with him.

I found Nick to be very professional and responsive. He communicated well and was very helpful.

Nick Purnell sold my apartment at a record price at the time. I found Nick to be efficient, knowledgeable and effective. I appreciate that he kept me informed every step of the process.

Securing my first home had been easier than expected all thanks to Nick's assistance. Nick is very professional and knowledgeable in terms of the property, location, and future investment potential. He is responsive, organised, and highly reliable. He takes pride in his work and has even assisted to organise a plumber to fix a leakage while waiting for settlement, and managed to find potential tenants promptly. Overall, I highly recommend Nick as your real estate agent!

Nick has a very good understanding of the market and is always there to help both before and after sale service.

I recently purchased an apartment in Kingston and was fortunate that Nick Purnell was the agent selling the property. From the first inspection through to the final settlement Nick provided excellent service and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Nick was always helpful and informative, and he obviously has an excellent knowledge of the Kingston real estate market. Nick was never pushy and was always happy to respond quickly to any queries. I was waiting on the sale of my previous property before I could settle on the new apartment, but I was keen to move in as soon as possible. Nick was able to liaise with the vendor and we reached an agreement to move in and rent the apartment while waiting for the sale of my old house. This was done smoothly and enabled a seamless transition from one property to the next. Nick was instrumental in achieving this by creating a strong feeling of trust and confidence with both parties. Thanks again Nick, and I'm sure you will have a fantastic future as one of the top agents in Canberra.

I don't rate many real estate agents highly, but dealing with Nick was a pleasure. He was highly responsive, punctual and thorough. Based on this experience, the next time I need a real estate agent I will be turning first to Purnell City West.

Selling of a property is a very stressful time in anyone's life. Nick Purnell made this journey an easy and stress-free process. He was professional and knowledgeable throughout the sale of my property and he was committed to getting a good price for the property even in a softening market. He had a number of open house days and he was quick in providing feedback and to respond to any issues. More importantly, he managed to sell the property in a short time frame than what was expected at a very good price. I definitely recommend using Nick for the sale of your property.
