I can highly recommend Nick Purnell and his team for their highly professional service both as managing agents and selling agents. Courteous, friendly and reliable services and outstanding property management. Thank you to Nick, Teresa and the team at Purnell Citywide. Judi
Quick to respond to any form of contact, and was really helpful in explaining all the processes that needed to happen.
Thank you Nick for your helpfulness, efficiency, skills and excellent communication in selling our apartment. You made the process for us very smooth and positive.
Nick was always available to explain where we were up to and what was going on and how to do it. The unit was sold quickly and Nick’s care, concern and expertise made that possible. He is honest, hard working and very accessible.
Nick was very knowledgeable about the locality (Barton) but in particular the apartments location, Strata Management and working of the complex (Landmark). His legal process knowledge as first time buyers of an apartment was very important.
We were looking for a two bedroom unit in Canberra and came across a property listed with Purnell. From the very first call, Nick was extremely responsive, 100% honest, didn’t play games and had both our interest and the interest of the seller at heart. Having purchased 9 properties over the past 20 years, this was by far the smoothest, low fuss and stream line experience! Nick and his team worked out of hours and accommodated our schedule and we’re extremely professional the whole process. Thankyou!!!
Nick was easy to work with and always contactable. He went out of his way to help whenever possible through what was an accelerated exchange. His communication was great and he made the process as easy as possible for us. His understanding was especially appreciated given we were first home buyers.
Nick was capable, responsive, and easy to work with. I happily recommend him.
Dealing with Nick Purnell made the purchase of our property that much more enjoyable. Professional, personable and accommodating, Nick and his team were very helpful in attending to our every need. Being from interstate this was most comforting and, therefore, we would have no hesitation in recommending Nick.
Excellent care and service. Nothing was too small or too complex a question or inquiry for Nick. Highly recommended!
Nick was really kind and friendly from the get go. He had expansive knowledge of the area and the market, was interested in getting to know people and was genuinely lovely to deal with. He was prompt with communication and extremely polite, informative and welcoming. An honest agent, definitely reccommend.
