Buying a house is a pretty stressful time and having a real estate agent that communicates in an honest, clear and professional way is the ideal. Nicholas Purnell was all this and more. The negotiation was professionally handled and all communication was prompt, clear and direct. The seller was elderly and some situations required sensitivity and care. I was amazed that Nick, being so young, showed such admirable consideration and sensitivity for both the elderly seller and myself. He went out of his way to help us both. I was truly, grateful, and I'm sure the seller was also. Nick also offered the time and attention you would only really expect from the likes of a country real estate agent. For example, helping with access for tradesmen and not getting angry when I called him out of hours when the security alarm went off and I couldn't remember how to stop it.
