We could not have been happier with Nick Purnell from Purnell Citywide Real Estate. From our preliminary conversations about engaging an agent through to the actual sale of our property, Nick communicated brilliantly with us from start to finish. Nick has a very down to earth approach that instilled great confidence and we had no doubt he would sell our property. He is very measured in his approach and we would feel very comfortable buying or selling through him again in the future.

Nick has not only sold1, but 2 of my properties in Kingston ACT 2606, in the past month. Each of these sales exceeded the current market value for this area, so my wife and I are extremely pleased. I Highly recommend Nick as a selling agent for this area. Purnell Citywide Realestate is a family owned business, the family all live in this area, and have been involved in the business for more than 25 years in their current location. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, enthuastic approach and willingness to 'get the job done' for their client.
