He has a very good understanding of the market in all areas of the lower Hunter region in which we live. Nick kept us informed through out the process from showing the house through to the sale & even chased up the solicitors to see where the contracts where at. We were doubtful about selling our house after bad experiences with other agents in the past. Nick put us at our ease and gave written assurance of what he could achieve. He excelled over and above what he said he would do, even though we decided in the end not to sell, being unable to find another property suitable in the time frame.
