Well Nick! To start I thought that you could at least get our names correct. Colin and Wendy????? Also I did put in an enquiry with your office staff on hand over, and still haven't had a reply. I was waiting to hear back, before I posted this review, however this seems to to take precedent over that. The actual negotiations and all following procedures went well including settlement. The owner was lucky Lynn and I were negotiable re hand over as he was nowhere near ready at settlement time. The gift we received from you was lovely and a lovely token. In all a painless process.
