Nick put together a great marketing proposal to get exposure of our 'lifestyle' property in the hills, and the execution by Nick and his team was equally good. It brought in the right kind of interested parties, and the video and 3D walk through in particular meant people were already well prepared before they visited the property. It took just a couple of weeks to secure an offer, and Nick stayed involved in key aspects of the transaction personally until the sale was settled.

We were able to see the house we purchased almost immediately upon request and a second viewing was arranged only 2 days later. Any information we required was promptly provided and Nick never applied any 'sales pitch' or 'pressure' to push us towards an offer. When we did make an offer it was accepted very quickly and after a few issues with the finance, during which Nick was very clear and direct with communicating our position and the process which was great as we had no idea. Bottom line, we are in the most wonderful home and everyone that we dealt with during the purchase process would be welcome to visit at anytime. I bet you wouldn't say that about many other sales people!
