Nick did an amazing job. Regular and good communication. Kept us up to date. Would define recommend Nick to our friends and utilise his skills again.

Nick is a professional, reliable and honest agent. Both Nick and the L J Hooker Kingscliff team kept us updated at all times. The information provided re sales in the area is well researched and across all sales including other agents sales not just their own. We would and have recommended Nick and the Kingscliff L J Hooker team to our family and friends and anyone who might be looking for an agent whether selling or buying.

A first class property that featured excellently with almost every viewing full of praise for presentation and quality. The usual detractors attempted to purchase for well under the real value of the property. Nick's persistent with the value of the property resulted in a very realistic sale price being achieved way beyond the bargain non genuine offers.

Having met Carol Witheriff previously at open homes we were always impressed by the way she followed buyers up and this was the initial reason we invited Nick and Carol to appraise our home. Then when we met Nick we were impressed by his professionalism and open and honest approach. They were always positive and energetic. They organised everything with efficiency and speed and sold our home very quickly at a price we were surprised by. We would recommend them both to any seller, they are honest and hardworking and with them being locals they have an invested interest in getting the very best price.
