Nicky is highly professional in all aspects of property retail and, overall, I was very satisfied. In only one aspect of the process was I disappointed. Having asked Nicky, before signing the contract, whether she was confidant that her estimated price would be realised, she reassured my partner and me that her valuation was a realistic price. I was astonished to learn, a couple of weeks later, that at the first open house, she told prospective buyers that the price wa $100,000 lower than she had estimated to us.
