The time arrived to sell our much loved apartment. Choosing our Real Estate agent was very simple as we are keen allhomes followers. Listings in Garran with quick results indicated to us that Nicky Symons from Phillip Kovellis Real Estate was clearly outstanding. Her communication skills were exceptional, all telephone conversations were confirmed by email and if she said she would ring at a certain time she did. Nicky called us on the Saturday evening and asked if she could arrange another open house on Sunday for the interested parties. We had no objection as it was in our best interest. Nicky is a very good communicator and her information on the market proved accurate. We were new to the market in Australia and she helped us with the technical aspects of bidding on a house at auction. She was easy to get hold of and friendly to deal with.
