We first met Nicola at an open home and noticed how beautifully presented the home was, accompanied by her engaging personality without the pushy sales approach. Our real estate salesperson Nicola Brady was fantastic and was refreshingly honest and knew the market very well in a declining market. Nicola listened to our requirements and also to feedback from potential buyers and recommended some minor low cost improvements that we did and the property sold very soon after for a price that we were happy with. Next time we need a property manager or real estate salesperson we will go back to Brady’s as I couldn’t fault them.
