Our real estate salesperson Nicola Brady was fantastic and was refreshingly honest and knew the market very well in a declining market. Nicola listened to our requirements and also to feedback from potential buyers and recommended some minor low cost improvements that we did and the property sold very soon after for a price that we were happy with. Next time we need a property manager or real estate salesperson we will go back to Brady’s as I couldn’t fault them.

Nicola always had time to listen and advise us during the process. She is very knowledgeable about the type of property we were selling and the area. Nicola has been my agent for 20 years , she has managed our investments then sold them all. It’s abit sad saying goodbye. Nic is very thorough and pro active and always goes out of her way to help with the sale.
