Nicola commenced real estate in 1986 and has never looked back! She is fully licenced in both ACT and NSW as a Real Estate Agent, Business Agent and Stock and Station Agent. Personable, professional, honest and engaging experience.

We first met Nicola at an open home and noticed how beautifully presented the home was, accompanied by her engaging personality without the pushy sales approach. In the back of mind we thought she would be the perfect agent for us when we were ready to sell our home. Nicola did not disappoint. From the first phone call to the sale and settlement, Nicola went beyond the normal requirements of an agent to attain the best price in current market conditions in a really short time. She even put our bins out when we couldn’t be there! Top notch service! We would thoroughly recommend her to others considering buying or selling a home.

Excellent knowledge of the market and a realistic appraisal

Bradys Real Estate managed this investment property for us for over a decade and were very responsive and our Property Manager Allara Brady was excellent. Our real estate salesperson Nicola Brady was fantastic and was refreshingly honest and knew the market very well in a declining market. Nicola listened to our requirements and also to feedback from potential buyers and recommended some minor low cost improvements that we did and the property sold very soon after for a price that we were happy with. Next time we need a property manager or real estate salesperson we will go back to Brady’s as I couldn’t fault them.

Very Professional

From concept, to going on the market and then, right up to settlement, Brady's Real Estate provided us with a stress free, highly professional service which included, yet was not limited to the following: 1. Excellent market advice and property valuation comparrisons. 2. Great communication troughout the whole process. 3. Honest feedback on the day of the exhibitions. 4. Communicated well with the buyes and Solicitors from both parties. 4. Very reasonable fees and overall costs. If you want to sell your home at a competitive price in todays market you can not go past Brady's. 10/10. Great effort team.

Great, no stress and communicative experience

Nicola always had time to listen and advise us during the process. She is very knowledgeable about the type of property we were selling and the area. She even called us on Mothers Day on her way to her own family get together to discuss something that needed addressing. We had a relatively quick sale and everything went smoothly without too much stress. Brady's have been in business for a long time and we also initially bought the property from them and also leased the property through them too. It was always an investment property for us and that side of things was also really well managed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nicola and Brady's in general for your buying, selling and property management needs.
