I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Nicola. She sold out house for us in Watson, presenting us with three offers at or above our asking price 6 days after the first viewing. Our asking price was beyond what we thought we could get. She then handled some tricky negotiations over some final details with patience, common sense and most of all kindness.
