Nicola and the team at Brady’s Real Estate were great during the sale of my home. I could say that estate agents have never been on my list of favourite people as previous experience has not endeared them to me. However you have changed my mind!! From the first dealings we had with Nicola Brady she proved herself an exceptional real estate agent. We bought a property where she acted as an agent and the transaction was overseen and expedited very diplomatically and efficiently. Following the sale to us she found us a tenant for the property who began the lease four days after settlement on excellent terms. 5 years ago we moved overseas for work.
