Nicola did an amazing job of selling out investment property that was still tenanted. She had secured a deal for the price we wanted within a day. No advertising or home opens needed! Nicola made the process so easy and is always so lovely to deal with. I’ve dealt with lots of agents over the years and it makes so much difference to work with someone so honest, easy going and so great at communicating. You won’t regret getting Nicola to help you with any real estate needs you have.

Could not recommend Nicola more! She was absolutely amazing to work with. We were able to set realistic selling goals with her as she is open and honest, there are no smoke screens here! The whole selling process with her was transparent and easy, she was friendly and professional every step of the way. She was able to get us an excellent price and we couldn't be happier. Congrats on setting up such an amazing team at The Property Pod, you have done a brilliant job.

No beating around the bush, listens, provides honest knowledgeable feedback, knows her stuff. Thank you Nicola was a great experience.

We found Nicola easy to work with, very professional and contactable any time of the day or evening. Received above expected price after one home open. Strongly recommend Nichola as a selling agent.

Highly recommend Nicola & the property pod! Great support through the whole process Thanks again Nicola ❤️

Nicola was my agent when I recently sold my thornlie home I was very satisfied with the sale process and Nicola's professionalism as the top of the expected sale price was achieved and in a remarkably short time The settlement was arrived at the planned for time In addition to being very professional in the process Nicola was good at keeping me informed of the sale but also of assisting in purchase of my new home in Victoria. Nicola provided an easy communication between myself and the selling agent and solicitors in Victoria which I found to make for an easy transition Nicola's easy manner and good communications made my transaction worry free Nicola is the agent I would choose again if I was to require an agent in the future

I have dealt with many real estate agents in the past, and Nicola is the best I have ever come across. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and a great negotiator. I will never use any other real estate agent again! Highly recommend.
