I have now sold and bought with Nicola Lee. I have no reservations in recommending Nicola to others if they are buying or selling a home. Nicola is professional with excellent communication. The kids and I thank you so much.
Nicola at Property Pod was exceptional throughout the entire release process. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive communication made everything run smoothly and stress-free. She demonstrated a deep understanding of the property market and provided invaluable advice tailored to my needs. Nicola's dedication to her clients is evident in her personalised service and commitment to achieving the best results. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch release agent.
Nicola was great to work with, understood our needs and delivered with flying colours. Highly recommend reaching out to Nicola and her team for any property needs.
Having grown up and living in the area Nicola had good local knowledge of the area and the type of buyers the house would attract. Gave good advise on what to do and not to do to improve house appeal with out over capitalizing. She was in the middle of transitioning between companies which did not affect her professionalism. Only negative i would say was at one stage felt a little pushed to sell for a quick sale. This was most likely influenced by the changing of companies and closing out any existing agreements with old employer.
I’ve received more than satisfaction as Nicola can make my property selling price more than I expected. I couldn’t believe my house could be sold less than 48 hours. I can say she is the most professional, reliable and remarkable agent I’ve ever met. I wish I could give her 10 stars instead of top 5 stars. Thank you very much for your support and best service.
I would not hesitate in recommending Nicola as your agent always punctual and upbeat nothing is too much trouble thank you so much regards Russell
