Having had bad experiences with real estate agents in the past, I had to be very particular with who I would engage to look after the sale of my house. After sending out an email to all the recommended real estate agents in cairns, approximately 15 of them, I sat back and awaited a reply. To this day some still have not replied. However within minutes of my email I have Bragg Realestate contact me stating that although Nicole was not available at the time, that she would be in touch soon. Within the next hour I had a phone call from Nicole herself. Instantly I had a sign of relief as the vibe I was getting from our conversation was that not only was Nicole up to date with the current market, but she was a person and not some robotic drone wanting to suck my money dry. The entire process was faultless. Nicole and her team worked feverishly on doing everything they could to sell my property for me. This was proven testing at times with tenants who were not prepared to cooperate. But the people skills that Nicole possesses worked a charm. How could you not like this lady! Once Nicole successfully engaged with the actual purchaser of my property, the contract process was second to none. I am a shift worker who found it hard to fidn any spare time.
