At first communication was good up until the sale of my house. 2 weeks later, and 2 weeks BEFORE settlement, this agent gave out my house keys to workmen to go in and make alterations to my house WITHOUT my knowledge or permission. She deceived me by taking advantage of the fact that I had moved away from Cairns. I had stupidly trusted her with my house - Never again.

Selling in Cairns is not easy at the moment and we had started the sales process with Ray White almost a year ago and we only received one unrealistic offer. Nicole was recommended to us by a very close neighbour who was more than impressed with the service. Nicole indicated an expected selling time frame of approximately three months and was able to achieve the sale and settlement in just over two months. After four weeks of advertising, we received an offer to close to our minimum price and Nicole was able to work the offer up by $5,000 and we accepted.
We were very happy with Nicole's knowledge and fresh ideas. The only downfall was once the house was under contract we lost communication (which I realise there other houses to sell and Nicole was on holidays) but a huge deal to us was the unconditional date which we had but the buyers solicitor had a different date and we got the "sold" sticker and a handshake congratulating us which we thought thats was it, but received an email the next day from the buyers solicitor requesting the unconditional date to be the following day. (2 days from sold sticker being put up) we just thought the real estate would have known when the house went unconditional. Other then that we were very pleased. Very fast sale and lovely people.

From the start Nicole was great to deal with. She kept us informed through out the whole house selection and buying experience.
