When I first decided to sell my house I did a little homework on Agents. As I did not live in the city where the house to be sold was, I wanted someone that had solid knowledge of the area, current economic climate, was trustworthy, honest and someone I could put my total trust in to do me the best deal possible and not be just a number. All my searches led me to Nicole and all I can say is "thank goodness". On meeting Nicole I saw someone who loved her profession, was prepared to go above and beyond for me and told me straight out if my price range was "in the ball park". I had no hesitation signing Nicole as my Agent, she and all the staff at Ray White - Douglas where extremely pleasant, helpful and kept me fully informed at all times.
