Selling a house is a stressful process and when my parents decided to sell their house I recommended Nicole to them. I researched Nicole's achievements and approached her for a property appraisal. Nicole met with my mum and thoroughly described the market's climate to her. She also explained the process of selling to her in details. Nicole didn't push mum for marketing tools that were not affordable to her. She also recommended a few ideas to implement in terms of presentation to the market. Both Craig and Nicole are very helpful, friendly and efficient real estate agents. Most of my house purchase dealings were with Craig and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was always on time for appointments, always knowledgeable, and always helpful and friendly. When a set of vertical blinds fell down whilst I was cleaning at the house the day after settlement, I rang Craig and he willingly and cheerfully drove over and put them back up in place for me. It was very much appreciated by me. I dont know many real estate agents who would do that before, during, and particularly after settlement.
