Selling a house is a stressful process and when my parents decided to sell their house I recommended Nicole to them. I researched Nicole's achievements and approached her for a property appraisal. Nicole met with my mum and thoroughly described the market's climate to her. She also explained the process of selling to her in details. Nicole didn't push mum for marketing tools that were not affordable to her. She also recommended a few ideas to implement in terms of presentation to the market. On the 3rd week of the open homes she presented mum with an offer and tirelessly negotiated with both parties for hours until both the buyers and mum were happy with the agreement.
