When I first decided to sell my house I did a little homework on Agents. As I did not live in the city where the house to be sold was, I wanted someone that had solid knowledge of the area, current economic climate, was trustworthy, honest and someone I could put my total trust in to do me the best deal possible and not be just a number. All my searches led me to Nicole and all I can say is "thank goodness". On meeting Nicole I saw someone who loved her profession, was prepared to go above and beyond for me and told me straight out if my price range was "in the ball park". I had no hesitation signing Nicole as my Agent, she and all the staff at Ray White - Douglas where extremely pleasant, helpful and kept me fully informed at all times. When my house was listed a few days later on the internet, imagine my surprise when the next morning Nicole rang to say she had an interested party wishing to view my house prior to the Open House which was scheduled for 2 days later. With in hours Nicole had secured to buyer to our agreed price and the signing of the contract. Needles to say I was in shock and in awe of Nicole's talent as an Agent. The sale when through without a hitch and I could not be happier and with not one moment of stress. I would rate Nicole as the Top Real Estate Agent in Townsville and her Ray White - Douglas staff equally as the best. All I can say, if you have a have a premises you wish to sell in Douglas, you could not do better that engage Nicole as your Agent.
