Firstly I would like to say that Nigel is a genuine nice guy. I generally don't like sales people as they just tell you what you want to hear but I didn't get that feeling from Nigel. He was straight, knowledgeable and gave us great advise on pricing our house correctly and it sold in 2 days for our asking price. I think that in itself says a lot about Nigel's credibility. He made the whole process stressfree and was very accommodating when things needed to be done. We would highly recommend Nigel and wish him great success for the future.

Nigel has been with us all the way on a somewhat lengthy frustrating purchase with the financial process of the banks. His support, communication & knowledge has been supportive along every step. He is easy to talk to & get along with & absolutely no awkwardness across gender barriers. An all round great guy that simply knows his stuff & does his job well. After 2 months and switching over from a rather average former agent, Nigel sold our house for us in 5 days. Nigel explained his thought processes at all times and did not simply tell us to ‘lower our price.’ We were most impressed that within three days we had a professional photographer for the ad, professional video clip uploaded to youtube, 1000 flyers in letterboxes, 20 Facebook likes and shares, a Door Knocker going around on Open Days to stir interest and three home opens promised a week (not that they were needed.) Nigel’s knowledge of the area, honesty and care for our needs was second to none.
