We were very impressed with the level of communication and updates Nigel provided us during our selling process. His knowledge of the area and customer feedback certainly help in the quick sell of our house. We would not hesitate to use his services again if we needed to buy or sell and will recommend him to all our family and friends.

Firstly I would like to say that Nigel is a genuine nice guy. I generally don't like sales people as they just tell you what you want to hear but I didn't get that feeling from Nigel. He was straight, knowledgeable and gave us great advise on pricing our house correctly and it sold in 2 days for our asking price. I think that in itself says a lot about Nigel's credibility. He made the whole process stressfree and was very accommodating when things needed to be done. We would highly recommend Nigel and wish him great success for the future.

Nigel has been with us all the way on a somewhat lengthy frustrating purchase with the financial process of the banks. His support, communication & knowledge has been supportive along every step.
