We engaged Nikki & her team to sell our home & she delivered the goods. Nikki kept in regular contact with us to update us on the status of the selling campaign. Her honest feedback was appreciated. On first presentation of Nikki bieved that she, her company and her associate Nick could do for our family we felt there to be a certain synergy that met our expectations. Nikki communicated verbally and in written format after each open house. We were not informed of any inspections by any other members. My sister and I were confused and disappointed at halfway point when asked to have a phone meeting with Nikki and Nick as we felt they talked the price down to a point that did not meet our expectations. When queried we were told that they would try to 'stretch' buyers, this happened again at final meeting. Confusion was very poor when electricity was turned off for 5 days resulting in food in the fridge rotting. I was told Nikki would try to get me an extra $100 at auction to cover cost. I felt this was a dismissive and rude remark. At 16.30 on eve of auction Nikki texted to advise a buyer wanted clauses in contract changed, sending buyers text directly to me. When I requested clarification I was advised that I would have to wait as Nikki was at the hairdressers. I contacted Nickwho gave e further information, however our solicitor was closed by this time so could not seek legal advise. A report of the above was given to a manager.

Nikki achieved a wonderful result for us during a difficult time with lockdowns having an impact on our campaign. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and made the process as stress free as possible.

Nikki had an extensive knowledge of the local & surrounding area of East Kew. She had a clear & accurate understanding of market trends. Nikki Had excellent communication & always followed through. Nikki was professional , reassuring, friendly and above all trust worthy. We were satisfied beyond all expectations, especially receiving the best price we could ever have dreamed of.
