I have had a lot of dealings with real estate agents in my time. They all promise big then don't deliver. But Olly said he could get $1.6m And wow, did he deliver. Sold for $1.61m in under seven days. We really didn't believe him and are now absolutely jumping for joy. Olly's knowledge of the market and his marketing strategy were amazing and it absolutely worked. Hi sales team were beyond compare. He kept in touch with us 2-3 times a day to give us updates on strategy and how it was looking. What particularly impressed me, even without achieving the record price was his vision and decorating skills. We wanted our place professionally styled with new paint and carpets. Having bought and sold a number of properties both internationally and within Australia I found Oliver’s communicating skills were excellent. He had an extensive knowledge of the marketing skills essential in the Canberra market, yet at no stage did he try to downplay my own knowledge. He is a good listener and was prepared to learn what I wanted to achieve from the sale and as a result I found the process stress free. I was happy to learn from him what the market wanted and was persuaded to style my home with a professional stylist. He suggested other practical things like re carpeting and painting. I have no doubt these suggestions resulted in my house achieving a significantly higher price than I expected.
