He had an extensive knowledge of the marketing skills essential in the Canberra market, yet at no stage did he try to downplay my own knowledge. He is a good listener and was prepared to learn what I wanted to achieve from the sale and as a result I found the process stress free. I was happy to learn from him what the market wanted and was persuaded to style my home with a professional stylist. He suggested other practical things like re carpeting and painting. I have no doubt these suggestions resulted in my house achieving a significantly higher price than I expected.
