I was really impressed with Owen and his team. We went Off Market with Owen, because of how experienced he is and due to his large buyer data base he has accumulated over the years. He did not need much time as he got us over 60 people in only 1 day to request interest to view our property. Owen provided Off market sale strategy, we sold our house for a very high price ( street record) with 10 buyers made offers.
