I am in property development and have dealt with many real estate agents both as a purchaser and vendor over the years, and Owen Chen is the best of them all. Owen communicated a clear and cogent plan for my parents property, helped organised local contractors for necessary works and sold the property for a price above our expectations with minimal fuss and input from us. I could not recommend Owen highly enough for his professionalism, clear communication and delivery of results.

Owen has plenty years of experience in QLD and is managing a varied and wide properties, He has a strong focus on ensuring that all implemented deals is solid and reliable. Most importantly focused on customer's satisfaction and making sure everything is above their expectation and he also maintained the highest standards.

Extremely pleased with Owen's proffessionalism and attitude.

Owen was recommended to us by a friend from another franchise in another suburb, Owen lived up to this strong recommendation. Owen was concise, stepping us through every aspect of the sale. Owen listed to and responded to all our questions, in a knowledgeable and respectful manner. Owen's recommendation of the "how" to sell our home was the correct one, producing an excellent result. Owens extensive experience in real estate was invaluable to us.
