Owen was very helpful to us as buyers. After previously just missing out on another home, he was able help find and introduce us to our dream family home. Professional, honest and genuine. Quite happy through the entire process. No hesitation using his services again in the future. Thank you!

We had 48 bids at auction, and sold our house at an amazing price to a Chinese investor. Thanks Owen for your hard working for preparing the Auction for us

Over the years, We have been receiving Owen’s Market updates with useful information, when myself and my wife decided to move to a retirement village and put our property on the market, we naturally chose Owen and his company Place Sunnybank to do the job for us, because we believe Owen’s Sunnybank Hills market knowledge will be in our favour to achieve the best result. Highly recommended if you are thinking about selling you house, give Owen a call. John and Margert

We thank you Owen and your team who treated us so cheerfully and with respect during the 3 weeks it took to sell our home of 46 years. We couldn't have selected a better agent to handle the sale of our home. From the very first meeting with you Owen we felt at ease and over the next 3 weeks your confidence at selling our home gave us great hope. On last Friday 19th March open house generated many would be buyers and we were so happy to learn our home was sold that very night. Thank you Owen you were remarkable and your whole team were exceptional. Sincerely Margaret and John Mearns
